SHIPPING:

We ship directly from the opal mining region of Lightning Ridge, Australia. Due to our remote location, postage can sometimes be slower than normal as we are outside the express post regions.  Please allow 5 to 10 days shipping within Australia and allow 10 to 25 days for Internatioanl before contacting us about your package.

All goods will be sent by Australia Post unless another form of shipping is specified by customer. We require insurance on all packages however, unfortunately, insurance cannot be offered to all destinations. Please see your local customs or post office for further information. If you have any questions on this matter, please do not hesitate to contact us by email.

INSURANCE:

Opal Heaven will accept no responsibility for orders that are shipped in Australia or outside of Australia uninsured. All applicable internatioanl customs duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Insurance is required and is charged at the rate of AUD$7.00 for the first AUD$100 dollars and AUD$3.00 for every AUD$100 after that. For more valuable items we recommend EMS (Express Courier International) AUD$50.00 (online tracking # provided)

RETURNS POLICY:

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on purchases from Opal Heaven. The 30 day period commences upon clearance of your purchase, and Opal Heaven must be notified of your intention to return the product at least 5 days before this period ends.

The cost of freight and insurance for the return is to be paid by the customer,and goods must be recieved undamaged and in original condition before a refund will be issued. Refunds are issued within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. There will be no refunds for postage under any circumstances. All transactions, including refunds are processed in AUD$ therefore refunds may vary according to exchange rate fluctuation during the 30-day period. Opal Heaven is not responsible for any variation in currency exchange rates which result in a varied refund.
